1. First of all, goto your Windows phone App List by sliding Right to Left your screen.
2. Then open Settings >> Enable Cellular Data >> Select 4G as mode or Highest Connection Speed.
3. After that select SIM settings, and then click on Add VPN.
4. In VPN field enter this values correctly and leave the others blank.
5. Don’t write any single word in the rest of them.
6. Save the connection and restart your phone.
