4. Take a screenshot of the barcode.

6. Go to your nearest Reliance and submit the above items.
7. Done!! you will get your new Jio sim. Activate the sim card and enjoy unlimited Preview offer.
How To Activate Reliance 4G JIO SIM Card :
1) Insert the JIO SIM on your LG or Samsung LTE Device.
2) Now dial 1977 with your new Reliance JIO SIM.
